  • 简介:AIMToexploretheprotectiveeffectsandunderlyingmechanismsoftotalpolysaccharidesoftheSijunzidecoction(TPSJ)ontheepithelialbarriersinvitro.METHODSCaco-2cellmonolayersweretreatedwithorwithoutTPSJinthepresenceorabsenceofTNF-α,andparacellularpermeabilityandtransepithelialelectricalresistance(TEER)weremeasuredtoevaluatetheepithelialbarrierfunction.Immunofluorescenceandwesternblottingwererespectivelyusedtoevaluatethedistributionandexpressionofthetightjunctionproteinsclaudin1,claudin2,zo3,andoccludininCaco-2cells.Westernblottingwasalsousedtoevaluatethecellularexpressionofmyosinlightchain(MLC),phosphorylatedMLC(pMLC),MLCkinase(MLCK),andnuclearfactor(NF)-κBp65.RESULTSTPSJpromotedtheproliferationofCaco-2cellsandinhibitedTNF-α-inducedsecretionofpro-inflammatorycytokines.Furthermore,TPSJsignificantlyamelioratedboththereductionofTEERandtheincreasedparacellularpermeabilityobservedintumornecrosisfactor(TNF)-α-damagedCaco-2monolayers.Furthermore,TPSJremarkablyattenuatedTNF-α-inducedmorphologicalchanges,downregulatedtheexpressionofclaudin1,claudin2,zo3,andoccludin,andmarkedlysuppressedTNF-α-mediatedupregulationofp-MLCandMLCKexpression.Finally,TPSJinhibitedtheactivationandexpressionofNF-κBp65.CONCLUSIONOurresultsdemonstratethatTPSJalleviatestheTNF-α-inducedimpairmentoftheintestinalepithelialcellbarrierfunctionbysuppressingNF-κBp65-mediatedphosphorylationofMLCKandMLC.

  • 简介:Themanagementstrategiesofafirmareinevitableaffectedbyindividualbehaviorpreferences.Theeffectofindividualpreferenceontheevolutionarydynamicsforsupplychainsisstudiedbyemployingreplicatordynamics.Eachfirmhasthreebehaviorpreferences:selfishness,fairness,andaltruism.Firstly,thecasethatthestrategysetofmanufacturersandretailersincludingtwopurestrategiesisconsideredandtheeffectofpreferenceparameterontheequilibriumoutcomeintheshortterminteractionisdiscussed.Secondly,theequilibriumstateintheshort-termisalwaysdisturbedbecausethechangeoftheenvironment,firm’sstructure,andsoforth.Usingthereplicatordynamics,theevolutionarystablestrategiesofmanufacturersandretailersinthelong-terminteractionareanalyzed.Finally,theextendcasethatthestrategysetofmanufacturersandretailersincludethreepurestrategiesisinvestigated.Theseresultsarefoundthatthestrategyprofileinwhichbothmanufacturerandretailerchoosefairnessoraltruism,oroneplayerchoosesfairoraltruisticstrategyandtheotherplayerchoosesselfishstrategymaybeevolutionarystable,thestabilityoftheseequilibriadependsonthethepreferenceparameters.

  • 简介:Anall-opticallight–control–lightfunctionalitywiththestructureofamicrofiberknotresonator(MKR)coatedwithtindisulfide(SnS2)nanosheetsisexperimentallydemonstrated.TheevanescentlightintheMKR[witharesonanceQof~59,000andanextinctionratio(ER)of~26dB]isexploitedtoenhancelight–matterinteractionbycoatingatwo-dimensionalmaterialSnS2nanosheetontoit.Thankstotheenhancedlight–matterinteractionandthestrongabsorptionpropertyofSnS2,thetransmittedopticalpowercanbetunedquasi-linearlywithanexternalvioletpumplightpower,whereatransmittedopticalpowervariationrateΔTwithrespecttothevioletlightpowerof~0.22dB∕mWisobtained.Inaddition,theMKRstructurepossessingmultipleresonancesenablesadirectexperimentaldemonstrationoftherelationshipbetweenresonanceproperties(suchasQandER),andtheobtainedΔTvariationratewithrespecttothevioletlightpower.ItverifiesexperimentallythatahigherresonanceQandalargerERcanleadtoahigherΔTvariationrate.Intermsoftheoperatingspeed,thisdevicerunsasfastas~3.2ms.Thiskindofall-opticallight–control–lightfunctionalstructuremayfindapplicationsinfutureall-opticalcircuitry,handheldfibersensors,etc.

  • 简介:Thestructuralparametersoflow-steppedmirrorwhichisthecorecomponentofalightFouriertransforminfraredspectrometer(FTIRS)haveimportantinfluenceontheperformanceoftheinstrument.Asimplemethodofmultipledepositionisproposedtofabricatealow-steppedmirrorwithstepheightof625nm,foritshighprecision,highefficiencyandminiaturization.Sothefilmstresswillbeintroducedintheprocessofcoating,whichcanleadtostepdeformation.Webuildabendingmodelofthelow-steppedmirrorandanalyzetheinfluenceofitsdeformation.Thelightintensityandspectrumarechangedbythestepdeformation.Therefore,thefilmstressshouldbereducedinordertoensuretheaccuracyofthespectralinformation.Increasingthethicknessofsubstrateis.proposedinthispapertoreducethestepdeformation,besidesadjustingthecoatingtemperatureandaddingsub-layer.Ourresultsrevealthatthebasicrequirementsofthesystemaresatisfiedwhenthethicknessofthesubstrateis5mmintheappropriatecoatingenvironment.AnFTIRSbasedonsteppedmirrorsandgridbeamsplitterisassembledandcorrespondingexperimentiscarriedouttoobtainthespectrumcurveofacetonitrile.

  • 简介:Beingavisually-impaired(VI)studentattendingmainstreamclassesposesachallengetothemconsideringthelimitationpresentedbytheirlimitedvision.Thisphenomenologicalstudytriedtoexplorethesedifficultiesandidentifythedifferentcopingskillsthathelpedtheminpursuingtheirschooling.ItwasfoundoutthatVIstudentsdevelopedacertainadaptivemechanismthatenablesthemtosurvivetheiracademicjourney.Theirdifficultytaughtthemtoinnovatethemselvestobecomeaccustomedtothegrowingdemandofsocietyforthemtobeequallycompetitiveandproductiveindividualthatdoesnotconsidertheirdifficultiesashindrance.ItwasfoundoutthatVIstudentswhoareinthemainstreamclasseshaveastrongersocio-academicadaptabilitywhichenablesthemtorelatethemselvestotheirmainstreamcounterpartsandtoexcelintheiracademics.Thestudyrevealedthattheirsocialadaptationinvolvesstrongspiritualfoundation,self-confidence,self-motivation,senseofbelongingness,andbettersupportsystemfromfamiliesandfriends.Ontheotherhand,theiracademicadaptationincludestechnology,effectiveteacheraides,innovativestrategies,andmaterialsfortheblind.Whenallthiscomponentsareconsidered,thereisanassurancethatVIstudentsattendingmainstreamclassescanfinishtheirschooling.

  • 简介:Toquicklyobtainaccurate3Ddataofdentalcastmodel,thispaperproposesa3Dreconstructionmethodfordentalcastmodelbasedonstructuredlight.Thismethodcombinesthestructuredlightwiththemotorturntabletoobtainagroupof3Ddataforthedentalcastmodelfrommultipleangles,andautomaticallyregistersthedental3Ddatafrommultipleanglesthroughtheballcalibrationofturntable.Comparedwiththerealdataofthedentalcastmodel,themaximumerrorofthe3Dreconstructionresultsinthispaperis0.115mm.Thereconstructiontimeofthisprocessisabout130s.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthemethodhashighprecisionandhighscanningspeedforthe3Dreconstructionofthedentalcastmodel.
