摘要
ThisstudysoughttoidentifydifferentiallyexpressedproteinsinSH-SY5Ycellstreatedwithvalproicacid,usingtwo-dimensionaldifferencegelelectrophoresisanalysis.Threeproteinswereunambi-guouslyidentified:theeukaryotictranslationinitiationfactor4Aisoform1andATP6V1B2proteinweredownregulated,whiletheheterogeneousnuclearribonucleoproteinKwasupregulated.Moreover,allthreeproteinsareassociatedwithalteredexpressionduetooxidativestress.Ma-trix-assistedlaserdesorption/ionization-timeofflightmassspectrometryandproteinimmunoblottingassayconfirmedthedifferentialexpressionofeukaryotictranslationinitiationfactor4Aisoform1.Theresultsindicatethatvalproicacidexertsanantioxidationeffectbyregulatingtheexpressionofeukaryotictranslationinitiationfactor4Aisoform1.
