摘要
Thelinguisticinterferenceofone’smothertonguealwaysposesanobstacletohisorherlearningoffor-eignlanguagesandteachersshouldtrytheirbesttodis-covermeanstoovercomethis.ThispaperanalyzestheformsandcausesofChinglish,whichiscreatedbyadultChineselearnersofEnglishthroughtheirmoth-er-tongueinterference.AfteracontrastivestudyofsomelinguisticfeaturesbetweenChineseandEnglish,theauthorliststencommonformsofChinglish,il-lustratedwithexamplesfromhisownteachingprac-tice,andpointsouttheirrespectivecausesandsomepossiblemeasurestoeradicatethem.
