摘要
Inthepresentpaperitwillbeshownthat,bytakingthereferenceframemovingwiththevelocityoffluidattheinterlaceoftwosteadyparallelstreams,thelaminarboundarylayerflowinthetwofluidscanbedecoupledintotwoflows.Theseareexactlythesameasthelaminarboundarylayerflowsalongaflatplate.Andthat,byusingtheexistingexactsolutionofthelaminarboundarylayerequationfortheboundarylayerflowalongaflatplateandappropriateboundaryconditions.Anexactsolutionofthelaminarboundarylayerequationforthelaminarboundarylayerbetweentwoparallelstreamswithdifferentdensities,viscocitiesandvelocitiesisgivenelegantly.ForthecasesconsideredbyLock,theresultsobtainedbythepresentmethodarecomparedwithLock’snumericalcalculationsindetail.
