摘要 Homochiralcis,cis-;cis,trans-andtrans,trans-spiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-diolswerepreparedviadiastereoselectivereductionofenantiomericallypurespiro[4.4]nonane-1,6-dione(1)withthecorrespondingreducingagents:lithiumn-butyldiisobutylaluminiumhydrideforcis,cis-diol(2)with88%yield;BH3·THFforcis,trans-diol(3)with91%yield;LiAlH4fortrans,trans-diol(4)with15%yield.
