摘要
SerumALD-Aof57patientswithHCCand43ofotherdiseasesweremeasuredbyALD-A-McAblinkedwith425I-staphylococcusAprotein.TheresultsshowedthattheALD-AinpatientwithHCCwassignificantlyelevatedascomparedwithcontrolsandthatinpatientswithcholangiocarcinoma,gastrointestinalcancerwithouthepaticmetastasis,cirrhosis.CAHandbenignGIdiseases.TherewasnostatisticaldifferencebetweenALD-AinpatientswithHCCandthatincasesofcirrhosiswithliverfailureandthatincasesofmetastaticlivercarcinoma.ItwasnotedthatdiagnosticsensitivityofALD-AinAFP(+)HCCwas73.9%andthatinAFP(-)HCCwas81.8%1-6patientswithHCCweretreatedbyhepaticarterialembolizationcombinedwithchemotherapy.ALD-Ainpatientsafterthetreatmentdecreasedsignificantlythanthatbeforetreatment,furthermore,advantagesofthemethodarediscussed.
