摘要 Aseriesoftestsofdeformation-inducedferritetransformation(DIFT)inalowcarbonsteelwerecarriedoutbytheGleeble-3500hotsimulationmachineatatemperaturerangeofAe3-Ar3.Theoverallstress-straincurvesduringDIFTcanbedividedintothreetypicaltypes:'double-humped','single-humped'and'transitional'.Thepeaksexhibitedinthecurveareinvolvedwithdeformation-inducedtransformationwhichhappenedingrainsoratthegrainboundaries.Accordingtothestress-timecurveandstrain-timecurve,straincapacitydramaticallypostponedthestrain-inducedtransformation,whichleadstothestartofthetransformationrightaheadofthefinishofdeformationandthemajorityoftheferritetransformationprocessmainlyhappenedafterthedeformation.Deformation-inducedtransformationisametadynamictransformationprocesswithdynamicnucleation.
