摘要 Toincreasethecompetitionofthesolarenergycollectionsystem,thesizeofthesolarpanelmoduleduringthemanufacturingprocessisbeingincreasedcontinuously.Asthesizeofthesolarpanelincreases,thesizeoftherobottohandlethepanelincreasedalso.Thechangeinscaleoftherobotinevitablyresultsintheamplificationoftheadverseeffectoftheflexure.Themainsourceoftheflexureinthelargescalesolarcellpanelhandlingsystemisthelongandthinforkfingersofthehandandthesolarcellpanel.Inaddition,thebelt-drivenactuatorsystemusedbymostofthelargescalepanelhandlingrobotisanothersignificantsourceofthevibration.Inthispaper,theflexiblemultibodydynamicmodelofalargescalesolarcellpanelhandlingrobot,whichisbeingdesignedandconstructedwiththehelpofKyungHeeUniversity,isdeveloped.Thebelt-drivensystemintherobotisalsomodeledasflexiblesystemandincludedintherobottorepresenttheactualvibrationcharacteristicsoftheactuatorsystem.
