Dynamic analysis of a high-speed train operating on a curved track with failed fasteners

摘要 Ahigh-speedtrain-trackcouplingdynamicmodelisusedtoinvestigatethedynamicbehaviorofahigh-speedtrainoperatingonacurvedtrackwithfailedfasteners.Themodelconsidersahigh-speedtrainconsistingofeightvehiclescoupledwithaballastedtrack.Thevehicleismodeledasamulti-bodysystem,andtherailismodeledwithaTimoshenkobeamrestingonthediscretesleepers.Thevehiclemodelconsiderstheeffectoftheendconnectionsoftheneighboringvehiclesonthedynamicbehavior.Thetrackmodeltakesintoaccountthelateral,vertical,andtorsionaldeformationsoftherailsandtheeffectofthediscretesleepersupportonthecouplingdynamicsofthevehiclesandthetrack.Thesleepersareassumedtomovebackwardatacon-stantspeedtosimulatethevehiclerunningalongthetrackatthesamespeed.ThetrainmodelcoupleswiththetrackmodelbyusingaHertziancontactmodelforthewheel/railnormalforcecalculation,andthenonlinearcreeptheorybyShenetal.(1984)isusedforwheel/railtangentforcecalculation.Intheanalysis,acurvedtrackof7000-mradiuswithfailedfastenersisselected,andtheeffectsoftrainoperationalspeedandthenumberoffailedfastenersonthedynamicbehaviorsofthetrainandthetrackareinvestigatedindetail.Furthermore,thewheel/railforcesandderailmentcoefficientandthewheelsetloadingreductionareanalyzedwhenthehigh-speedtrainpassesoverthecurvedtrackwiththedifferentnumberofcontinuouslyfailedfastenersatdifferentoperationalspeeds.Throughthedetailednumericalanalysis,itisfoundthatthehigh-speedtraincanoperatenormallyonthecurvedtrackof7000-mradiusatthespeedsof200km/hto350km/h.
