摘要
Instripsurfacequalityinspectionsystemsbasedonthemachinevisiondetectiontechnology,imagequalityisakeyfactoraffectingthefinaldetectionperformance.Compositeimagingmethods,suchasbrightanddarkfieldimagingorreflectionandtransmissionimaging,canrevealmoreinformationbyemphasizingdifferentimageaspects.Defectdetectionratesanddefectrecognitionaccuracycanbeimprovedbyintegratingandmatchinginformationfromdifferentimageacquisitionsettings.Practicalapplicationshowsthattransmissionandreflectioncompositeimagingcanimprovetheimagingqualityofpenetrativedefects,whtlebrightanddarkfieldcompositeimagingcanenhanceimagingofdefectssuchascolordeviationandstains.
