Investigation of the mechanical performance of Al-coated DI steel sheets prepared by DC magnetron sputtering

摘要 AluminumfilmscoatedonDIsteelsheetswerepreparedbydirectcurrent(DC)magnetronsputtering.Theinfluenceofthedepositionconditionsandfilmthicknessontheformabilityofcoatedsteelsheetswasstudied.TheresultsofthecuppingtestanddrawingtestshowthatthesubstratetemperatureandthicknessofAlfilmsarethekeyfactorsthataffectAladhesionandformabilityofcoatedsteelsheets.AdhesionbecameworsewhenthethicknessofAlsheetswasmorethan2μm.Andformabilitywasimprovedremarkablywhenthesubstratetemperaturewasincreasedto200℃.
