摘要 Wedemonstrateadigitalopticalcommunicationsystembasedonminimumshiftkeying(MSK)signaltransmissionwithcoherentdetection.5-Gb/sMSKsignalcantransmitovera160-kmstandardsinglemodefiber(SSMF)withoutphasecompensation.Atthereceiver,weusedata-aidedchannelestimationandfrequencydomainequalization(FDE)techniquesinthedigitalsignalprocessing(DSP)algorithm,thenanalyzeitsperformancecharacteristicscomparedwithquadraturephaseshiftkeying(QPSK)format.ThesimulationresultsshowthattheMSKformatwillbeapotentialcandidatefornext-generationaccessnetwork.
