摘要
SulfatechitosanderivativeshavegoodsolubilityandtherapeuticeffectonthecellmodelofNAFLD.TheaimofthisstudywastoexaminethetherapeuticeffectofsulfatechitosanderivativesonNAFLD.ThemaleWistarratswereorallyfedhighfatemulsionandreceivedsulfatechitosanderivativesfor5weekstodeterminethepre-treatmenteffectofsulfatechitosanderivativesonNAFLD.ToevaluatethetherapeuticeffectofsulfatechitosanderivativesonNAFLD,theratswereorallyfedwithhighconcentrationemulsionfor5weeks,followedbysulfatechitosanderivativesfor3weeks.Histologicalanalysisandbiomedicalassaysshowedthatsulfatechitosanderivativescandramaticallypreventthedevelopmentofhepaticsteatosisinhepatocytecells.Inanimalstudies,pre-treatmentandtreatmentwithsulfatechitosanderivativessignificantlyprotectedagainsthepaticsteatohepatitisinducedbyhighfatdietaccordingtohistologicalanalysis.Furthermore,increasedTC,ALT,MDA,andLEPinNAFLDweresignificantlyamelioratedbypre-treatmentandtreatmentwithsulfatechitosanderivatives.Furthermore,increasedTG,AST,andTNF-αinNAFLDweresignificantlyamelioratedbytreatmentwithsulfatechitosanderivatives.Sulfatechitosanderivativeshavegoodpre-treatmentandtherapeuticeffectonNAFLD.
