Lynasopspublichearing:Authoritiessaycompanyabidesbyregulations,criticsunconvincedTheoperationsoftheLynasAdvancedMaterialsPlant(LAMP)havebeengiventheall-clearbyregulatingagencieswhiletheanti-Lynascrowdcontinuestoopposeit.Bytheendofthenearlyfive-hourpublichearingontheissuessurroundingtherareearthrefinery'soperations,allpartieshadhadtheirsay.GovernmentagenciessuchastheDepartmentofEnvironment(DOE),AtomicEnergyLicensingBoard(AELB),MalaysianInvestmentDevelopmentAuthorityandtheDepartmentofOccupationalSafetyandHealth(DOSH)generallyfoundLynastobeincompliancewithrulesandregulations.
