摘要
Evaluationsofresourcesandenvironmentalcarryingcapacities(GRECC)arethepremiseoflandspaceplanningandusecontrol.Resourceallocationsandenvironmentalcapacityarethebasicconditionsthatrestrictdevelopmentinaregion.Inthispaper,basedonasystematicreviewofChina'sgeologicalenvironment,groundwaterresources,mineralresources,othergeologicalresourcesandtheenvironmentalcarryingcapacityresearchstatus,therelationshipbetweenthenaturalresourceenvironmentalsystemandthesocio-economicsystemisstudied.Thena"coordinationtheoryofresourcesandenvironmentalcarrying"isproposed.Next,onthebasisofanevaluationexperimentperformedatdifferentscalesandfordifferenttypesofregions,thetechnicalmethodsforanevaluationofthegeologicalresourcesandenvironmentalcarryingcapacityattheregional(inter-provincial)andprovincialscalesinChinaareestablishedforthefirsttime.Thispaperpresentsastandardizedmethodbasedontechnicalideas,evaluationmethods,andindexsystemsforgeologicalresourceandenvironmentalcarryingcapacityevaluation.Finally,anevaluationofthegroundwaterresourcecarryingcapacityinChinaisusedasanexampleforthedemonstrationofthegroundwaterresourcebackgroundanduseofstateevaluationmethods.
