Voltammetric determination of cysteamine at multiwalled carbon nanotubes paste electrode in the presence of isoproterenol as a mediator

摘要 Asensitiveelectrochemicalsensorforthedeterminationofcysteamine(CA)wasdevelopedusingamodifiedmultiwallcarbonnanotubepasteelectrode(MWCNTPE)withisoproterenol(ISPT)asamediator.ThismodifiedelectrodeshowedveryhighelectrocatalyticactivityfortheanodicoxidationofCA.Undertheoptimizedconditions,theelectrocatalyticpeakcurrentshowedalinearrelationshipwithCAconcentrationintherangeof0.3–450.0mmol/Lwithadetectionlimitof0.09mmol/LCA.ThemodifiedelectrodewasusedforthedeterminationofCAinrealsamplessuchasurineanddrugsamples.
