摘要
Structuraleffectofsubstituentsdirectlybondedtocarbanionsbearingaphosphoratemoietyisexamined.Nucleophihcadditionofphosphonatecarbanionto1-nitroalkenefollowedbysubsequentreactionwithchlorotrimethylsilaneleadstoaseriesof2-isoxazolinebasedontheformationofanalkeneandsilylnitronateasa1,3-dipole.Ontheotherhand,additionofcarbanionderivedfromisocyanomethylphosphonatetonitroalkenewiththeformationofnitronatefollowedbyintromolecularcyclizationprovidessubstitutedphosphorylpyrroles.
