High-frequency field intensity along focal point of a long metallic parabolic reflector coated by a magnetized plasma layer using oblique incidence

摘要 Theoreticalanalysisoftheelectromagneticfielddistributioninthefocalregionofalongmetallicparabolicreflectorthathasitssurfacecoveredwithamagnetizedplasmalayerisderived.Theincidentwaveisconsideredtobewithageneralobliqueincidenceforbothparallelandperpendicularpolarizations.TheelectromagneticfieldintensityexpressionsalongthefocalregionareobtainedaccuratelyusingMaslov’smethod.Theeffectsofplasmathicknessonthereflectedandtransmittedfielddistributionsareinvestigated.Theeffectsofotherphysicalparameterssuchastheangleofincidenceandtheplasmaandcyclotronfrequenciesonthetransmittedfieldintensitydistributionalongthefocalregionarealsostudied.TheresultsobtainedbyMaslov’smethodandKirchhoff’sapproximationarefoundtobeinagoodagreement.
