摘要 Wedemonstrateawidelytunablenear-infraredsourcefrom767nmto874nmgeneratedbytheintracavitysecondharmonicgeneration(SHG)inanopticalparametricoscillatorpumpedbyaYb:LYSOsolid-statelaser.Thehome-madeYb:LYSOoscillatorcenteredat1035nmdeliversanaveragepowerof2Wandapulsedurationasshortas351fs.TwoMgOdopedperiodicallypoledlithiumniobates(MgO:PPLN)withgratingperiodsof28.5–31.5μminstepsof0.5μmand19.5–21.3μminstepsof0.2μmareusedfortheOPOandintracavitySHG,respectively.Themaximumaverageoutputpowerof180mWat798nmwasobtainedandtheoutputpulseshavepulsedurationof313fsat792nmifasech2-pulseshapewasassumed.Inaddition,tunablesignalfemtosecondpulsesfrom1428nmto1763nmarealsorealizedwiththemaximumaveragepowerof355mWat1628nm.
