摘要
Powdermetallurgy(PM)superalloysareanimportantclassofhightemperaturestructuralmaterials,keytotherotatingcomponentsofaeroengines.InthepurviewofthepresentchallengesassociatedwithPMsuperalloys,twonovelapproachesnamely,powderpreparationandtheinnovativespray-formingtechnique(formakingturbinedisk)areproposedandstudied.Subsequently,advancedtechnologieslikeelectrode-induction-meltinggasatomization(EIGA),andspark-plasmadischargespheroidization(SPDS)areintroduced,forceramic-freesuperalloypowders.Presently,newprocessingroutesaresoughtafterforpreparingfinerandcleanerrawpowdersfordisksuperalloys.Theprogressofresearchinspray-formedPMsuperalloysisfirstsummarizedindetail.Thespray-formedsuperalloydisksspecificallyexhibitexcellentmechanicalproperties.ThispaperreviewstherecentprogressininnovativetechnologiesforPMsuperalloys,withanemphasisonnewideasandapproaches,centraltotheinnovationdrivingtechniqueslikepowderprocessingandsprayforming.
