摘要
-Turbulentflowisabasicformoffluidmotionwidelyobservedinnature.Inhydraulicengineering,especiallyinthestudyofsedimentmovement,turbulenceisakeyproblem.Inthispaper,basedonthestochastictheoryofwallturbulencedevelopedbytheauthorandtheresultsbyotherinvestigators,fluc-tuationandmeanstructuresanddragcoefficientforNewtoniananddragreductionflowsinallstates(laminar,transitional,turbulent)andinallregions(smooth,transitional,rough)aretheoreticallydiscussedindetail.Generallawsforlaminarandturbulentflowsobtainedbytheauthorareverifiedbytheexperimentalresultsobtainedbyothers,andthereisgoodagreementbetweenthem.
