摘要
TheproblemofshortlifehearthofblastfurnacewassolvedthroughtheadoptionoflonglifetechnologiessuchastheapplicationofUCARhotpressedcarbonbrick-ceramiccupcompoundliningtechnology,closed-loopsoftwatercoolingsystem,enhancingtapholemaintenanceandschreyeriteliningprotectionetc.Longlifeandhighproductivityhadbeenachievedsuccessfully.ThetransitionoftechnologicalprocessesofthehearthforblastfurnacesatBenGangareoutlinedinthispaper.
