摘要 Hot-rolledgalvanizedsteelsheetismadefromhot-rolledpickledsheetbycontinuoushot-dipgalvanizingprocess.Withoutthecold-rollingprocess,itgreatlyreducestheoperatingcostsandsavesinvestmentforshorterprocessandlowerenergyconsumption.Theeconomicadvantageisobvious.Thecharacteristicsofhigh-yieldandlowcostwillgreatlyenhancethecompetitivenessofenterprisesinthemarket.Therearebigdifferencesbetweenthesubstratesofhot-rolledgalvanizedsteelsheetandcold-rolledgalvanizedsteelsheetinsurfaceroughness,chemicalelements,andsurfacedefects.Thesefactorsdirectlyaffectonthequalityofgalvanizedsheet.Picklingprocessisusedtoremovetheoxidelayerwhichisformedonthesurfacesofhot-rolledsteelsheet.Thesurfacesmustbethoroughlycleanedfortheoxidelayerwillseriouslyaffecttheadhesionofgalvanizedcoating.Residualimpurities,Carbonconcentratingandotherproblemsmustnotbecausedduringpicklingaswell.Therefore,thequalityofgalvanizingdependsonthequalityofpickledsheetsurfaces.ExperimentalmethodssuchasAES,XPS,SEM,OMareemployedduringtheresearchfordetailedanalysisontheeffectsofhot-rolledplatesandhotpicklingplatesonthequalityofhot-rolledgalvanizedproducts.
