摘要
Ultrapureferriticstainlesssteelhasmoreadvantagesintheperformancethantheordinaryferriticstainlesssteelbecauseofultralowcarbonandnitrogencontent,suchascorrosionresistance,toughnessandweldability,etc.Suchsteelhasthereforebeenappliedinmanyfields,leadingtotheveryrapiddevelopmentoverthepast40years.Thisstudyfocusesonthesecondaryrefiningprocesswhichisthemostimportantstepofthewholesteelmakingprocessfortheultrapureferriticstainless.Firstly,somedifficultiesofthesecondaryrefiningprocessaredescribed,includingthehighpurificationintermsofbothcarbonandnitrogencontents,highefficientandstablecontrol.Secondly,thedevelopmentandprogressofthesecondaryrefiningtechnologyforultrapureferriticstainlessisintroducedintermsoftherefiningequipments,metallurgicalprocessandassistanttechnologies.Finally,theprospectwasmadeforthedevelopmentofsecondaryrefiningprocessforultrapureferriticstainlessinthefuture.
