摘要
Inrecentyears,punchingtechnologyofourcountryisdevelopingfast.Theproportionofhandfeedingpunchingprocessinghasgraduallybeenreplacedbyautomaticfeedingandunloadingmechanism,duetothelowefficiency,poorsecurity.Inthispaper,wedesignanautomaticfeedingandunloadingsystemofthepunchingsheetsofmotor.Therotarymanipulatorconsistsofthetransmissiondevice,themechanicalarmdevice,thematerialsuctiondevice,therawmaterialautomaticliftingdeviceandsoon.Adoptingtherodlesscylinderasthemainactuator,thesystemrealizesthesebeatmovementsofcontinuousliftingup,centering,conveying,unloading.Accordingtotheworkingprincipleandmechanicalstructureofthecomponentsinthesystem,thefunctionandapplicationofeachcomponentinthewholefeeding-and-unloadingsystemareanalyzedinthispaper.
