摘要
Recentprogressintheelectricalcontrolofmagnetisminoxides,withprofoundphysicsandenormouspotentialapplications,isreviewedandillustrated.Inthefirstpart,weprovideacomprehensivesummaryoftheelectricalcontrolofmagnetismintheclassicmultiferroicheterostructuresandclarifythevariousmechanismslyingbehindthem.Thesecondpartfocusesonthenoveltechniqueofelectricdoublelayergatingfordrivingasignificantelectronicphasetransitioninmagneticoxidesbyasmallvoltage.Inthethirdpart,electricfieldappliedonordinarydielectricoxideisusedtocontrolthemagneticphenomenonoriginatingfromchargetransferandorbitalreconstructionattheinterfacebetweendissimilarcorrelatedoxides.Attheend,weanalyzethechallengesinelectricalcontrolofmagnetisminoxides,boththemechanismsandpracticalapplications,whichwillinspiremorein-depthresearchandadvancethedevelopmentinthisfield.
