摘要
Wereportonanoveldibenzothiophene-basedtwo-photonfluorescentprobeforselectivenuclearbioimaging,whichcontainsbilaterallysymmetricalpyridineringsconnectedbyacentralconjugated-bridgedibenzothiophene.Thisprobepossessesalargetwo-photonabsorptioncross-sectionof471GM,yieldsa25-foldenhancementofthefluorescencetitration,andastrongerphotostabilityfornucleilabelingthanexistingprobes.Thereal-timeobservationperiodisaminimumof1800sunderafemtosecondlaserexcitation,whichissignificantlylongerthanthatof40,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole.Theaboveresultsconfirmthatthisnovelmoleculeisasuitabletwo-photonfluorescentprobeforapplicationtonuclearbioimagingincells.
