Inthisarticle,weareconcernedwiththeglobalweaksolutionstothe1Dcompressibleviscoushydrodynamicequationswithdispersioncorrectionδ~2ρ((φ(ρ))xxφ′(ρ))xwithφ(ρ)=ρα.ThemodelconsistsofviscousstabilizationsbecauseofquantumFokker-PlanckoperatorintheWignerequationandissupplementedwithperiodicboundaryandinitialconditions.Thediffusiontermεuxxinthemomentumequationmaybeinterpretedasaclassicalconservativefrictiontermbecauseofparticleinteractions.Weextendtheexistenceresultin[1](α=1/2)to0<α≤1.Inaddition,weperformthelimitε→0withrespectto0<α≤1/2.
