摘要
Ourpreviousstudiesshowedapredominanceofhighmolecularweightproteingroupintumornuclearmatrices.Contrarytonormalcells,proteinsofthisgrouparepreferentiallyphosphorylated.Phosphoproteinsofhepatomanuclearmatrixareselectivelysubjectedtorapidproteolysis.Byalkalitreatmentandamonoclonalantibodyagainstphosphotyrosylresiduethepresenceoftwohighmolecularweightbandsofphosphotyrosyl-containingproteinswasdetectedinnuclearmatricesoftumorbutnotofnormallivercells.Highmolecularweightproteingroupoftumornuclearmatricesrevealedalsoarapidturnoverandpreferentialincorporationoflabeledaminoacidsselectivelyinhibitedbychloramphenicol.
