摘要 Thecharacteristicsoftheparticulatemousecentromereenrichedfractionfromisolatednucleiobtainedinourlaboratorywereinvestigatedbyindirectimmunofluorescence,testoftheactivityofmicrotubuleorganizingcenter(MTOC),SDS-PAGE,andfluorescenceinsituhybridization.MostoftheparticlesofthefractionarecomplexesofDNAandkinetochoreproteinsandshowMTOCactivity.TheDNAisolatedfromthefractioncanhybridizewithDNAintheregionsoftheprimaryconstrictionsofallchromosomesofascionsoftheprimaryconstrictionsofallchromosomesofascitescells.Thekinetochoreproteinsisolatedfromthefractionaremainlythosewithmolecularweightof55KDand59KD.Resultssuggestedthatthefractionobtainedisacentromereenrichednuclearfractionasindicatedinourpreviousreport.
