摘要
Thecombineduseofthephotoelectricandelectro-opticpropertiesofBSOcrystal(Bi12SiO20)leadstorealizespatiallightmodulation.Undersomecondition,BSOcrystalcanbecomebirefringentdependingonalocalilluminance.Therelationshipbetweenthedistributionsofanilluminanceandabirefringencewillbediscussed.Thisspatiallightmodulatorcanworkinreal-time.Theexperimentshows,inordertoincreasethesensitivityofBSOcrystal,anelectricfieldof6kV/cmatanatmospherepressureof15×10^5PashouldbeappliedtoBSOcrystal.WithBSOwehavemeasured3-dimensionaldeformationbymeansofreal-timeholography.
