摘要
Thevacuumdiffusionbondingoftitaniumalloytotin-bronzehasbeenstudiedandthefeasibilityandappropriateprocessingparametershavebeeninvestigated.Themaximumtensilestrengthofthejointsis168MPa,andafirmjointisobtained.ThemicrostructureofdiffusionbondedjointhasbeenobservedbySEM.X-rayandEPMA,andthemainfactorsaffectingdiffusionbondinghavebeenanalyzed.TheintermetalliccompoundsTi2CuandTiCuwereformedneartheinterface.Thewidthandquantityoftheintermetalliccompoundincreaseswiththeincreaseofthebondingtime.Theformationoftheintermetalliccompoundsresultsinembrittlementofthejointandthepoorjointproperties.
