摘要
Toinvestigatethetherapeuticeffectandtreatmentrnachanismofhyperbaricoxygen(HBO)forEncephalonTramaSyndrome.MethodsTheretrospectivelyanalysiswereaccessedbytheeffectofcriteriaaftertreatment.Theresearchobjectwas180patientswhowasdividedintothegroupAwith90patientswiththeruletreatmentandthegroupBwith90patientswiththeruleandHBOtreatment,andstatisticalwasmadeforthosepatientsaccordingtothestandardoftheeffectoftreamaentaftertheperiodoftreatmentwascompletedrespectively.ResultsTheeffectiveratioofgroupAwas53.89%,TheeffectiveratioofgroupBaftertwotosixHBOtreatmentwas94.45%,increased40.56%Totaleffecitiveratiowas89.5%,thedifferencesreachedverysignificant(P<0.01).ConclusionsTheresultindicatedthattheeffectsonafterHBOareapparent.ThetreatmentmachanismisthatHBOcanincreasethecereberaloxygenation,recoverthecereberalaembioxidation,improvethecerebralanoxia;increasetoformtheside-branchnrculation,inreasetosoftenthescartissue,improvethesympton.
