ICPisakindofcomplicationoccuredingestationalperiodfeaturingwiththecutaneouspruritusandJatmdice.Thephysiopathologiccourseisthatthemetabolicobnormalityofhormoneandbileacidcausedtheseverefetaldistressevencausedthesuddendeath.Themechanismofthediseasehasn'tbeendiscoverdyetandthecurrentpopulartheoryisacutehypoxia.TheoccurenceofICPistheresultsofinteractionbetweensusceptibilityofgeneofindividualandemironmentalfactors.Intensifyingthemonitoringandterminatingthepregnancyatthepropertimearethemaintreatingmathodstopreventfetalsuddendeathandreducttheperinatalmortality.
