摘要 Thedolly+isaLinuxapplicationprogramtoclonefilesanddiskpartitionimagefromaPCtomanyothers.Byusingseveraltechniquessuchaslogicalringconnection,multithreadingandpipelining,itcouldachievehighperformanceandscalability.Forexample,intypicalcondition,installationstoahundredPCstakesalmostequivalenttimefortwoPCs.TogetherwiththeIntelPXEandtheRedHatkickstart,automaticandveryfastsysteminstallationandupgradingcouldbeperformed.
