Experiment of Flow Regime Map and Local Condensing Heat Transfer Coefficients Inside Three Dimensional Inner Microfin Tubes-中国期刊网

摘要 Thispaperdevelopedanewtypeofthreedimensionalinnermicrofintube,Theexperimentalresultsoftheflowpatternsforthehorizontalcondensationinsidethesetubesarereportedinthepaper,Theflowpatternsforthehirizontalcondensationinsidethenewmadetubesaredividedintoannularflowstratifiedflowandintermittentflowwithinthetestconditions.Theexperimentsofthelocalheattransfercoefficientsforthedifferentflowpatternshavebeensystematicallycariedout,Theexperimentsofthelocalheattransfercoefficientschangingwiththevapordrynessfractionhavealsobeencarriedout.Ascomparedwiththeheattransfercoefficientsofthetwodimensionalinnermicrofintubes,thoseofthethreedimensionalinnermicrofintubesincrease47-127%fortheannularflowregion,38-183%forthestratifiedflowand15-75%,fortheintermittentflow,respectively.Theenhancementfactorofthelocalheattransfercoefficientsisfrom1\8-6\9forthevapordrynessfractionfrom0.05to1.
