摘要
AnapplicatiopnoftheopticalpyrometerisstudiedformeasuringmonochromaticemissivitiesofcementclinkerwithvariousFe2O3contnet.Theidsaofusing“brightnesstemperature”isintroducedintotheeimssivitymeasurement.Inthismethod,thereisnoneedformeasuringanactualtemperatureofsamplesurfaces,onlywithdeterminingbothbrightnesstemperaturesofasampleandablackbodycantherequiredemissivitybeevaluatedaccordingtoWien'sradiationlaw.Inpractice,thecementclinkerisregardedasagreybody,themonochromaticemissivityisapproximatelyequaltothetotalemissivity,soasingle-colouropticalpyrometerisappliedforthispurpose,Testmeasurementsarecarriedouton10kindsofcementclinkers,Experimentaldataaretreatedbytheleastsquaremethod.Asaresult,theemissivityvariationwithtemperatureatacertainFe2O3contentisquitewellrepresentedbyεn=a+bT.Furthermore,thisworkfirstreportedthattheeimissivitiesofcementclinkerchangeconsierablywithFe2O3contents.Inmultiplecementproductionthisconclusionisveryimportant.
