摘要
Inthisinvestigation,attemptsaremadetoexaminetheeffectsofsoil-structureinteractiononthedeflectionmodificationfactorofmultistorybuildingsandtoclarifytheroleofdeformablesoilonthisfactor.Acomprehensivestudyisconductedtoinvestigatetheeffectofinertialinteractionondisplacementdemandratiosinsoil-structuresystemswithdifferentstructuralcharacteristicsandvariousnon-dimensionalparameters,usingasimplifiedinteractingmodel.Atwo-stepregressionanalysisofthenonlinear,dynamiccomputersimulationresultsobtained,leadstoareliableandaccurateformulaforpredictingdeflectionmodificationfactorsthatincorporatefoundationflexibility.Theresultsillustratethattheapplicationofdeflectionmodificationfactorsderivedfromfixed-basestructurescanleadtounsafeevaluationofthestructuresonsoftsoil.Theproposedformulaprovidesausefultoolfordesignengineerstoincorporatetheeffectofsoil-structureinteractionintotheevaluationofstructuraldeformations.
