摘要
Nowadays,China,withalonghistoryandgreatculture,appealtomoreandmoreforeigntravelerscomeforavisit.Intourism,Englishisthemostessentiallanguageintourism.TouristmaterialsplayimportantrolesfortravelerstounderstandandenjoyChinesehistoricalsites,butnowmanymistakesandproblemsappearinthetouristmaterialsandmanyintroductionsofhistoricalsitesarenottranslatedappropriately.Thepresentpaperpresentsthecurrentconditionandproblemsintourismtranslation.SometouristmaterialsandtranslationsareadoptedtoanalyzethemaindifferencesinChineseandwesternculture.Thisthesisputforwardsometranslationtechniquesforthosewhofacethetranslationoftourismmaterials.
