inourcountry,howtosolvethecivilexecutionproblemsisnotonlyimportanttothecourts,butalsoabigstepintheefforttosafeguardtheinterestsofthepeople.Thispaperanalysesthepresentsituationofourcountry’scivilexecutiondifficultiesandtheinnerreasons.Fromanewangleofview,theauthordaredtobuildanewsolutiontocivilexecutionmode,whichmeanstosetupthecivilexecutionguaranteeagency,whohavebothfunctionsoftheexecutiondepartmentandtheinsurancecompany.Thiscivilexecutionguaranteeagencywillinsurethattheimplementofcourt'sdecisionswouldcometoworkinsteadofbeingapiecewhitepaper.
