摘要
Recently,RNAprocessinghasemergedasanovelpathwaythatmaycontributetothemaintenanceofgenomestability[1].Alternativesplicingisakeymolecularmechanismforincreasingthefunctionaldiversityoftheeukaryoticproteomes,butitalsooftenalteredincancer.Mountingevidenceindicatesthatalternativesplicing,theprocessthatallowsproductionofmultiplemRNAvariantsfromeachgene,contributestotheheterogeneityofthedisease[2].Althoughthemechanismofalternativesplicingvariantincancerisunclear,thecancer-specificalternativesplicingvariantshavebeenobservedinavarietyofhumancancersandcancercelllinesandhavebeenconnectedtotumorgenesis.
