Digital Image Correlation Using Specific Shape Function for Stress Intensity Factor Measurement

摘要 Thestressintensityfactor(SIF)isacriticalparameterassociatedwiththefracturebehaviourofmaterials.Inthispaper,weselectthedisplacementfunctionaroundacracktipastheshapefunctionofthedigitalimagecorrelation(DIC),whichmakesitpossibletodirectlycalculatetheSIFbythecorrelationscheme.Moreover,weuseanon-rectangularsubset,whichcanreducetheinfluenceofplasticdeformationandcrackwidthontheDICmeasurementaccuracy.WemeasuredtheSIFofamodeIcrackinasuper-hardaluminiumalloyspecimentoverifytheperformanceoftheproposedmethod.OurexperimentalresultsshowthataDICwithaspecificshapefunctioncanbeusedtoaccuratelyandefficientlycalculatetheSIF.Furthermore,wealsopresentapracticalapplicationofourproposedmethodfordeterminingtheSIF,crackpropagationangleandcracktipdisplacement.
