摘要 Thispaperfirstintroducesthefundamentalstepsof“TheWorldCafé”(TWC)anditsrelationshipwithhumanresourcestraininginbanks.Afterthat,acoupleofTWCtrainingcasesforthemiddleandthejuniormanagementinbankswillbediscussed.Next,thebettermentanalysisofimprovementsonTWCinhumanresourcestraininginbankswillbecarriedout.Lastly,thelimitationsandthefutureprospectsofTWCwillbeexplored.
