摘要 In2016,theresearchanddevelopmentoflaserionsourcesweremainlycontributedtopromotetheperformanceoftheionsource,suchastoprolongthepulsedurationoftheionbeam,torealizetherepetitionrateoperationmodeoftheionsource.Inaddition,theproductionofhighlychargedmetallicionbeamsfromanECRionsourcewithlaserablationplasmainjectionwasalsoinvestigatedpreliminarily.Theconfinementoflaserproducedplasmawithasolenoidwasstudied.Forthispurpose,a1.5m-longsolenoidwasinstalledontheexpansionstageofthelaserionsource.
