Inthisarticle,weintroduceanotionofnonuniformwaveletframesonlocalfieldsofpositivecharacteristic.Furthermore,wegaveacompletecharacterizationoftightnonuniformwaveletframesonlocalfieldsofpositivecharacteristicviaFouriertransform.OurresultsalsoholdfortheCantordyadicgroupandtheVilenkingroupsastheyarelocalfieldsofpositivecharacteristic.
