Seismic Inventory Simulation and Conformance Test Based on the Monte Carlo Method-A Case Study of the Fenhe-Weihe Belt

摘要 Artificialearthquakecataloguesimulationisoneofthewaystoeffectivelyimprovetheincompletenessoftheexistingearthquakecatalogue,thescarcityoflargeearthquakerecordsandtheimprovementofseismologicalresearch.BasedonthePoissondistributionmodelofseismicactivityandtheGutenberg-Richtermagnitude-frequencyrelationship,theMonteCarlomethodwhichcandescribethecharacteristicsofthestochasticnatureandthephysicalexperimentprocessisused.ThispapersimulatesthefutureseismiccataloguesoftheFenhe-Weiheseismicbeltofdifferentdurationsandconductsstatisticaltestsonthem.TheanalysisshowsthatthesimulationcataloguemeetsthesetseismicactivityparametersandmeetsthePoissondistributionhypothesis,whichcanobtainabettersimulatedearthquakecataloguesthatmeetstheseismicactivitycharacteristics.Accordingtothesimulatedearthquakecatalogues,futureearthquaketrendsinthisregionareanalyzedtoprovidereferenceforseismichazardanalysis.
