摘要 Today,companiesarenolongerjudgedonlyonthebasisoffinancialgainbutalsoonthebasisofcontributionstothewidercommunity.Empiricalresearchhasidentifieddifferencesintheextentofpublishedinformationaboutcorporatesocialresponsibilityactivitiesconsideringthesizeofthebank.ItwasfoundthatbigbanksinBosniaandHerzegovinapublishedsignificantlylessinformationontheirwebsitesaboutsocialresponsibilityeventhoughtheirparentbankshaveagoodpracticeofsociallyresponsiblebehavior.Thepaperproposesasystematizationofsociallyresponsiblereportingandpointsoutunderdevelopedareasofcorporatesocialresponsibilityactivitiesofbanks.
