摘要
Sandblastingmachinesarewidelyusedinchemical,mechanicalandotherengineeringfields.Theinternalflowfieldofthesandblastingmachinebelongstoacomplexgas-solidtwo-phaseflow,andimpactbythecontinuousabrasivesandcancausethemachinetowearorevenfail.Inthisstudy,theEDEM-FLUENTcouplingmethodwasusedtocalculatethetransientflowfieldofthegasphaseandthemotion,dynamicandcollisioncharacteristicsofthesand.Airinthesandblastingmachinewastreatedastheidealgasandthecontinuousphase.Thesandwasregardedasthediscretephasesolidinthecomputation.UsingtheArchardwearmodel,thewearamountofthesandblastingmachinewascalculatedandthewearlawwasanalysed,toprovideatheoreticalbasisforoptimisingthedesignandoperationmethodoftheblastingmachine.
