S-,N-and C-doped ZnO as semiconductor photocatalysts:A review-中国期刊网

摘要 Inthepastfewdecades,manynovelnon-metaldopedZnOmaterialshavedevelopedhastyinterestduetotheiradaptablepropertiessuchaslowrecombinationrateandhighactivityunderthesolarlightexposure.Inthisarticle,wecompiledrecentresearchadvancesinnon-metal(S,N,C)dopedZnO,emphasizingontherelatedmechanismofcatalysisandtheeffectofnon-metalsonstructural,morphological,opticalandphotocatalyticcharacteristicsofZnO.ThisreviewwillenhancetheknowledgeabouttheadvancementinZnOandwillhelpinsynthesizingnewZnO-basedmaterialswithmodifiedstructuralandphotocatalyticproperties.
