摘要
TheperformancesofnonlinearWDMsystemswithdifferentdutycyclearecomparedbymeansofnumericalsimulation.Thenumericalresultsshowthattheopticalpulsewithdutycycleof0.5issuperiortotheconventionalNRZmodulationschene.Theconclusionisdifferentfromthatofsomereferences.Thereasonisthatintersymbolinterferenceisnotincludedinsomereferences.Infact,intersymbolinterferenceplaysanimportantroleinmonlinearWDMsystem.Althoughthelargerthedutycycleis,thestrongertheeffectofthecross-phasemodulationandself-phasemodulationonnonlinearWDMishowever,thelargerthedutycycleis,thestrongertheintersymbolinterferenceis.
